Muntjac Sculpture

My first ever sculpy sculpture (done before the cassowary [link]). Done of a species of my favorite deer genera, Muntjacs.

I finished this guy nearly a year ago (December 2007). I still have yet to paint him as he sits on my shelf, the proud little buck he is.

I'm scared to paint him to be honest. I'm not sure if I want to do realistic colors or give him a single-color metal finish.
